Overview

Welcome to LX Archive Lab. LX Commerce Lab (“LX Commerce Lab,” “LX Archive Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this online store and the related information, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that powers the Services.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced below, govern your access to and use of the Services and any purchase from us. By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Information you provide for an account, order, payment, or delivery must be current, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may not sell, transfer, or license your account.

2. Products and authenticity

We offer products sourced through established luxury-fashion distribution channels. Products are supplied with the original brand tags and packaging provided for that item. Packaging and included accessories can vary by brand and product.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variation can affect appearance. Product information can be corrected or updated when an error or supplier update is identified. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

3. Availability

Inventory can be held in multiple fulfillment locations and may update across connected systems. Rare availability conflicts can occur. We may limit quantities or discontinue an item. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will not substitute another item without your approval. We may offer an available alternative or cancel the unavailable item and promptly refund the amount charged for it.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfillment or dispatch, subject to payment authorization and any required fraud, inventory, address, or compliance review.

We may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing or product error, inventory unavailability, delivery restriction, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after charging it, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use. You may not purchase for unauthorized commercial resale, unlawful export, or any prohibited destination or person.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Store credit issued by LX Archive Lab can be viewed in your customer account and used at checkout.

The product price and any discount in effect when you submit the order appear in the order summary. Shipping charges and taxes are shown separately when applicable. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, clearance, or other destination charges.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the order total. You represent that you are authorized to use that method and that the billing information is accurate. A promotion may have separate terms; if those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms control for that promotion.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, charges, estimated timing, split shipments, tracking, customs responsibility, address requirements, and delayed or missing parcels are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If shipment is delayed, we provide any notice, revised date, cancellation right, or refund required by applicable law.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Return eligibility, the 12-calendar-day request window, manual RMA process, item condition, carrier requirements, return costs, inspection, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Contacting us does not authorize a return; written RMA is required before shipment.

8. Intellectual property

The Services and their original selection, design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to LX Commerce Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Brand names, trademarks, product imagery, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal, noncommercial purposes. Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, scrape, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Services or their content.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, suggestion, image, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to submit it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; submit false or misleading information; distribute malware; interfere with security or operation; collect another person’s data without authority; send spam; impersonate another person; evade purchase limits; or engage in fraud or abuse.

Automated systems and software agents may not conceal their automated nature, bypass access controls or CAPTCHAs, or ignore a request to stop. Where automated access is permitted, the agent must identify itself accurately and follow applicable technical instructions and law.

11. Third-party tools and links

The Services may include tools, payment methods, applications, embedded content, or links operated by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Review their terms before using them or completing a transaction.

12. Relationship with Shopify

LX Commerce Lab is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases from this store are made directly with LX Commerce Lab. Shopify is not the seller of the products in your order and is not responsible for the sale between you and LX Commerce Lab, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services, except to the extent Shopify separately agrees or applicable law provides.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify also collects and processes information to provide and improve the platform. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Cookie and similar-technology information is provided in our Cookie Policy and customer privacy controls.

14. Errors and corrections

Information can occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or timing. We may correct an error, update information, or cancel an affected order. If an error materially affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Services, our rights, or third parties; investigate suspected fraud or unlawful conduct; comply with law; or address a material breach of these Terms. Obligations and rights that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free. Any implied warranty or condition is excluded only to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express product commitment we make in writing or a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LX Commerce Lab and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, goodwill, or data, arising from the Services or a product purchased through them.

These exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify LX Commerce Lab and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers against a third-party claim arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and transactions with LX Commerce Lab are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in another forum that cannot legally be waived are not affected.

20. Severability, waiver, and assignment

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between you and LX Commerce Lab concerning the Services and supersede prior communications on the same subject. Headings are for convenience only.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, security, or regulatory reasons. The current version and “Last updated” date appear on this page. We will provide any notice required by applicable law. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date unless the law permits otherwise.
