Shipping & Delivery

United States delivery

THLX Archive delivers to addresses in the United States. Orders are fulfilled by BrandsGateway from the warehouse assigned to each item, including warehouses in Europe. An order containing items from different warehouses may arrive in separate shipments.

Processing and delivery estimates

We allow 1 business day for order preparation, payment processing and confirmation, in addition to the supplier's usual 1–2 business days for dispatch. Our delivery estimates also include 1 extra business day as a timing allowance.

  • Economy: approximately 8–12 business days from order placement. This includes 1 business day for order processing, 1–2 business days for supplier dispatch, 5–8 business days in transit and 1 additional business day of allowance.
  • Express: approximately 6–8 business days from order placement. This includes 1 business day for order processing, 1–2 business days for supplier dispatch, 3–4 business days in transit and 1 additional business day of allowance.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Payment or address verification, customs processing, holidays, severe weather and carrier disruption may cause additional delays. Available delivery methods depend on the items and destination.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged at the BrandsGateway shipping cost without a THLX Archive markup. The calculation is the selected method's base fee plus the applicable per-item charges. If an order ships from multiple warehouses, each warehouse's shipment incurs its own shipping charges.

The supplier's published United States base fees are currently €28 for Economy and €42 for Express, plus €4 per bag or wallet. For example, one bag from one warehouse has a published shipping cost of €32 Economy or €46 Express. These are supplier rates in euros, not fixed US-dollar checkout prices; supplier rates may change. The applicable shipping total in USD must be shown before payment.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking is emailed when available. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers. Review your delivery address before ordering and contact info@thelxarchive.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows an exception, loss or damage, contact us with your order number.
