Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement is not acceptance. We accept the sale when fulfillment or dispatch is confirmed, subject to payment authorization, availability and fraud review. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and release or refund payment as appropriate.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, discounts and shipping are displayed before payment. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the confirmed total.

Availability

Our multi-brand inventory can change quickly. We may limit quantities or cancel an unavailable, incorrectly priced or suspected fraudulent order.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by Shipping & Delivery. Returns are governed by Returns & Refunds. We do not offer direct exchanges unless expressly stated.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
