Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Email info@thelxarchive.com with your order number before returning anything. Returns sent without written authorization may be refused.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, protective materials and branded packaging, including boxes and dust bags where supplied. Worn, altered, damaged, scented, incomplete or clearly marked final-sale items are not eligible except where required by law.

Return shipping

Use the authorized return address and a trackable service through UPS, FedEx or DHL. Postal-service returns are not accepted for authorized returns. Customers pay return shipping unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Damage or error

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, labels and shipping box. If confirmed, we will provide instructions and cover the authorized return.

Refund timing

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. We do not offer direct exchanges; place a new order for a replacement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
