Where do you ship?

At launch, we ship to United States delivery addresses.

Where are orders fulfilled?

Orders are fulfilled by BrandsGateway from the warehouse assigned to each item, including warehouses in Europe. Items from different warehouses may ship separately.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery from order placement is 8–12 business days for Economy or 6–8 business days for Express. These estimates include order processing, supplier dispatch and an additional timing allowance. See our Shipping Policy for the calculation and possible delays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping calculation: BrandsGateway method base fee + applicable per-item charges, calculated separately for each warehouse shipment. The final total is shown in USD at checkout before payment and can vary by delivery method, item category, quantity, destination and number of shipments. THLX Archive adds no shipping markup.

How can I track my order?

We email tracking when the carrier makes it available.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Authorization is required before shipping. See Returns & Refunds for conditions.

Do you offer exchanges?

No direct exchanges. Return an eligible item and place a new order.

Is THLX Archive affiliated with the brands sold?

No. LX Archive is an independent multi-brand retailer unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
